Pueblo County's 9 January 2025 land-use agenda lists a 1041 permit for Arroyo, LLC to build 422 MW of solar and a 168 MW battery on about 2,656 acres south of the Comanche station for transfer to Xcel's Public Service Company of Colorado; EIA lists 335 MW of solar for 1 October 2026 and no cost has been published.
