  The confirmed event is the August 29, 2023 ISO review letter. Its projected May 2026 service date is historical and not an actual opening.^[1]

  ISO New England’s August 29, 2023 letter identifies Jupiter’s QP1143 Singleton battery proposal at Mystic as 500 MW / 2,000 MWh and records no significant adverse effect under its review. This historical study is not evidence the plant is operating.
