An eight-storey, 138,000-square-foot building on the former County Family Court site in downtown San Diego, with 125 affordable apartments, a manager's unit and about 4,400 square feet of commercial space. BRIDGE Housing is developing it with the San Diego Housing Commission; VCC Construction finished the framing in July 2026.
