The only London scheme in wave one of the New Hospital Programme puts a net-zero replacement hospital on the western edge of the Uxbridge site, with 327 homes alongside it, inside a capital envelope of GBP 1-1.5bn. Laing O'Rourke signed the delivery contract on 30 July 2026; the trust's milestones run construction to 2032 with the hospital available to patients in early 2033.
