The second season of From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman follows Beryl Gardenant settling into his new roles as a special instructor for the Royal Order of Knights and guardian to an orphaned child. That relative calm does not last: the season sends him back to the magic institute, his hometown, the kingdom’s border and a foreign land as new threats surface. Produced by Passione, it continues the light novel adaptation's blend of understated swordplay and fantasy world-building.
