Supercell Moves Into Helsinki's All-Timber Wood City

Mobile game maker Supercell became the anchor tenant of Wood City, a new Helsinki district built almost entirely from engineered timber.

Supercell has occupied the Wood City office building in Helsinki's Jatkasaari district since January 2021^[2][3]
It is an eight-storey office by Anttinen Oiva Architects, described as the largest wood office building in Finland by the amount of wood used^[2][3]
Wood City is a collaboration of SRV and Stora Enso; two residential buildings (phase 1) and the office (phase 2) are complete, with a hotel still planned^[2]
