Inter Miami played its first match at the 26,700-seat Nu Stadium, the centrepiece of the 131-acre Miami Freedom Park built on the former Melreese golf course beside Miami International Airport, drawing 2-2 with Austin FC. The club had played out of Fort Lauderdale since 2020 while the site was fought over and built.
