Serafino Fine Market is announcing a fall 2026 opening in Mission Hills. The planned all-day café, market and wine bar is at 301 W Washington Street.

Moniker General is targeting a late-2026 opening downtown at 1011 Union Street. The approximately 1,830-square-foot location will occupy the ground floor of the WEST tower.
