Former President of the United States[1]
Barack Obama served as the 44th President of the United States from January 20, 2009, to January 20, 2017, after representing Illinois in the U.S. Senate. He was awarded the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize and has since published the memoir A Promised Land (2020).
What each year added up to: salary, plus outside income, royalties, endorsements, prizes and investment income where a source reports them. A financial disclosure gives ranges, shown as such.
Health, weight and religion appear only where the person, their physician or a reputable outlet has published them; each links to its source.
One octagon for each phase of the life of Barack Obama. Each of the eight axes is scored 0 to 5 against a written rubric from documented evidence, with its source; an axis without evidence is a gap, not a zero. There is no total and no ideal shape: it is a profile, not a ranking. Appearance and personality are not axes, because they cannot be scored from evidence.
No total and no ideal shape: a longer spoke means more of that axis, so a long Misconduct spoke is more documented misconduct.

In the IGM Economic Experts Panel poll on the ACA's subsidies and Medicaid expansion, nearly 70% of panelists agreed that the health and well-being gains for the newly insured exceed the costs, while 52% said the subsidies would not reduce total health-care spending (most of the rest were uncertain).
[9]GAO's 42 bond-spread models found that in 2008-2009 all showed bank holding companies with $1 trillion in assets paid less for bond funding than those with $10 billion, but in 2011-2013 more than half showed the larger firms paying more; two of three rating agencies cut assumed government support, citing the Orderly Liquidation Authority, though GAO could not isolate the effect of government support.
[11]In the July 2014 IGM Economic Experts Panel poll, 67.5% of panelists agreed or strongly agreed that, counting the cost of raising taxes and future spending effects, the stimulus's benefits would exceed its costs (27.0% uncertain, 5.4% disagreed); 97.3% agreed unemployment was lower at the end of 2010 than without it.

Only documented official actions are counted: findings, penalties and settlements, and cases still open. A charge or an investigation is not a finding, cases that ended in the person's favour are listed as such, and it is not a judgment of character.
