Governor of Illinois[1]
JB Pritzker is a Democrat who has served as the 43rd governor of Illinois since January 14, 2019, and was reelected in 2022. Before taking office he chaired the Illinois Human Rights Commission from 2003 to 2006.
What each year added up to: salary, plus outside income, royalties, endorsements, prizes and investment income where a source reports them. A financial disclosure gives ranges, shown as such.
Health, weight and religion appear only where the person, their physician or a reputable outlet has published them; each links to its source.
One octagon for each phase of the life of JB Pritzker. Each of the eight axes is scored 0 to 5 against a written rubric from documented evidence, with its source; an axis without evidence is a gap, not a zero. There is no total and no ideal shape: it is a profile, not a ranking. Appearance and personality are not axes, because they cannot be scored from evidence.
No total and no ideal shape: a longer spoke means more of that axis, so a long Misconduct spoke is more documented misconduct.
No post-implementation evaluation of the Illinois schedule was located. The IGM Economic Experts Panel (Feb 2021, 39 responses) split on a federal $15 wage: 48.7% agreed it would lower low-wage employment in many states, 35.9% were uncertain and 15.4% disagreed. The question concerned a national wage; Illinois's phased $15 applies in a state with above-average pay, so employment effects may be smaller.

Only documented official actions are counted: findings, penalties and settlements, and cases still open. A charge or an investigation is not a finding, cases that ended in the person's favour are listed as such, and it is not a judgment of character.
