What each year added up to: salary, plus outside income, royalties, endorsements, prizes and investment income where a source reports them. A financial disclosure gives ranges, shown as such.
One octagon for each phase of the life of Kyrsten Sinema. Each of the eight axes is scored 0 to 5 against a written rubric from documented evidence, with its source; an axis without evidence is a gap, not a zero. There is no total and no ideal shape: it is a profile, not a ranking. Appearance and personality are not axes, because they cannot be scored from evidence.
No total and no ideal shape: a longer spoke means more of that axis, so a long Misconduct spoke is more documented misconduct.

CBO and JCT scored the Act as reducing deficits over 2022-2031 (roughly $90-100 billion in the formal estimate, and $238 billion including about $180 billion of added IRS enforcement revenue, per CRFB's summary of CBO), though CBO later projected energy credit costs above JCT's initial estimate; a peer-reviewed nine-model study (Bistline et al., Science 2023) projects economy-wide emissions 43-48% below 2005 levels by 2035 with the Act versus 27-35% without.
[6]CBO's May 2022 outlook estimated the Act raises real GDP by about 0.1 percent on average over 2022-2032 (productivity gains outweighing crowding out of private investment, with a 10-year Treasury yield about 0.1 percentage point higher), and CBO's cost estimate had it adding $256 billion to deficits over 2021-2031 (about $415 billion more discretionary spending, partly offset by $110 billion lower mandatory spending and $50 billion more revenue).

Only documented official actions are counted: findings, penalties and settlements, and cases still open. A charge or an investigation is not a finding, cases that ended in the person's favour are listed as such, and it is not a judgment of character.
