What each year added up to: salary, plus outside income, royalties, endorsements, prizes and investment income where a source reports them. A financial disclosure gives ranges, shown as such.
Health, weight and religion appear only where the person, their physician or a reputable outlet has published them; each links to its source.
One octagon for each phase of the life of Mike Johnson. Each of the eight axes is scored 0 to 5 against a written rubric from documented evidence, with its source; an axis without evidence is a gap, not a zero. There is no total and no ideal shape: it is a profile, not a ranking. Appearance and personality are not axes, because they cannot be scored from evidence.
No total and no ideal shape: a longer spoke means more of that axis, so a long Misconduct spoke is more documented misconduct.
CBO and JCT estimate the Act raises deficits by $3.4 trillion over 2025-2034 ($4.1 trillion with $718 billion of added debt service) and debt held by the public by 9.5 percentage points of GDP by 2034. CBO's distributional analysis finds resources fall for the lowest income decile (about $1,200 a year, 3.1 percent of income, mainly Medicaid and SNAP changes) and rise for the highest decile (about $13,600 a year, 2.7 percent), and its dynamic estimate of the House-passed version put real GDP 0.5 percent higher on average over 2025-2034 with 10-year rates about 14 basis points higher.
[10]CBO scored the Ukraine Security Supplemental division (H.R. 8035) at about $60.8 billion in budget authority and about $60.9 billion in outlays through 2033, designated as emergency requirements; the Israel and Indo-Pacific divisions were scored in separate estimates. The one-time emergency spending adds to deficits but is small relative to the multi-year baseline.
