What each year added up to: salary, plus outside income, royalties, endorsements, prizes and investment income where a source reports them. A financial disclosure gives ranges, shown as such.
A disclosure gives a range; its bar is drawn at the middle of the range.
One octagon for each phase of the life of Pete Buttigieg. Each of the eight axes is scored 0 to 5 against a written rubric from documented evidence, with its source; an axis without evidence is a gap, not a zero. There is no total and no ideal shape: it is a profile, not a ranking. Appearance and personality are not axes, because they cannot be scored from evidence.
No total and no ideal shape: a longer spoke means more of that axis, so a long Misconduct spoke is more documented misconduct.

CBO's August 2021 analysis of an illustrative $500 billion, 10-year increase in physical infrastructure spending (not specific to this law) found it would raise private-sector productivity; real GDP would average 0.04% higher over 2022-2051 if borrowing-financed, and the macroeconomic feedback would raise the net 30-year present-value cost of that spending by about one-fourth, versus cutting it by about one-third if offset by lower non-investment spending.
