The topping out is dated: Wikipedia[2] records the south tower's final slab poured on 24 July 2015, completing its 67 floors and full 216 m as Colombia's tallest building. The north tower's last slab followed on 20 December 2015 and structural work finished on 24 February 2016; the pin's old end-of-2016 date matched none of these. The opening itself kept slipping for years afterwards.
