The City of Lebanon explicitly reports Meta breaking ground February 11, 2026. Its more-than-USD10bn campus investment supersedes the earlier USD800m first-phase proposal; this is the full announced campus investment, not an equipment-only amount.

Henry County’s Knightstown approval starts planning, not physical construction. The separately withdrawn Hancock County Redline project is excluded.

Davenport’s FY2025 financial report explicitly says Vemerald is planning a northwest Davenport campus for Meta while negotiating utility service. Proposed applies to that planned campus; later directories do not establish actual works. The generic tracker 100MW is removed.
