Powerhouse Parramatta Opens as Western Sydney's First State Museum

The $915 million museum on the bank of the Parramatta River opens with five exhibitions and more than 3,000 objects, and is the largest museum in New South Wales. Most of its exhibitions are free, and all are free for visitors under 16.
