EssilorLuxottica completed its $1.5 billion cash acquisition of streetwear brand Supreme from VF Corporation, a deal first agreed in July 2024 as VF Corp moved to pay down debt by shedding non-core brands.

VF Corporation closed the sale of workwear brand Dickies to brand-management firm Bluestar Alliance for $600 million in cash, continuing the group's retreat from non-core brands after selling Supreme a year earlier.

VF Corporation is expected to report second-quarter fiscal 2027 results in early November 2026, after a first quarter in which the company beat its own revenue and operating-income guidance despite swinging to a loss.
