Diriyah Company awarded a branch of China Harbour Engineering the contract to build the Arena Superblock: the multi-purpose indoor Diriyah Arena seating 20,000 spectators, three mixed-use office buildings and a parking facility with more than 4,000 spaces. The arena sits on the edge of historic At-Turaif and anchors the Grand Avenue district alongside Diriyah's Grand Mosque.

The Betty Knoebel Arena, given a ceremonial groundbreaking in September 2026, is the centrepiece of a new Equestrian Center on the National Western Center campus in north Denver, paid for by the Knoebel family and the Knoebel Foundation. Plans put a 4,000-seat arena alongside a climate-controlled horse barn with close to 600 stalls.

A privately funded arena on the old Spectrum grounds in the South Philadelphia Sports Complex, shared by the 76ers, the Flyers and the city's incoming WNBA team, replacing Xfinity Mobile Arena next door. Construction is expected to start in early 2027 and take about three years.
