Cloverleaf Infrastructure progressed engineering documentation for Building 8 at the Project Bluestem Campus in Leavenworth County, Kansas. Delivers 240 MW of critical computing power across 400,000 square feet of state-of-the-art white space. Represents a 1.6 billion USD capital expenditure expanding digital infrastructure in eastern Kansas. Interconnects to dedicated Evergy high-voltage transmission lines backed by regional wind energy. Engineered for high-density AI clusters with low-PUE cooling architectures. Timeline: planned facility targeting commercial operation in December 2030 (estimated) aligned with utility substation energization and phased campus delivery. The earlier precise building or phase budget, IT load, floor-area and opening-date claims are not established by the reviewed project sources and have been withdrawn from this entry. A related campus or planning record is available, but it does not verify this component’s identity, dimensions, construction stage or commercial-operation date. Related campus or project record: Chronopin pin 17146. Its published scope must be kept distinct from this component.
