The first entry is always the pin's source. Overall confidence is a weighted average of how firmly each reference supports the start and end times used above; a reference counts half as much for every 180 days older than the newest.
Given as a target, not a fixed date, per en.wikipedia.org: "...is still expected to open in 2031..."
The page could not be fetched, but its title identifies it as the official Honolulu Rail Transit "Skyline" project site, the primary source the pin's estimated completion date would draw from.[1]
Mass Transit's July 2023 report confirms Skyline's initial phase opened June 30, 2023, with the City Center Extension - covering the pin's Pearl Harbor/downtown Honolulu final phase - "targeting 2031," matching the pin's stored date.[1]
Civil Beat's March 2021 report confirms HART's own 2031 estimate for completing the full 20-mile rail line, matching the pin's stored date, though it was superseded by later city estimates running as far out as 2033.
Something missing or wrong? Say it in your own words: a link that backs this pin up, a different start or end date and why, or a fact it lacks or gets wrong. The AI checks it against this pin's sources, searches for better ones, and adds any page that backs you up. The pin's own sources still count most. A picture that shows something else, or shows it badly, is looked at too, and moved down or replaced.
