Judge Burroughs Blocks the Revocation of Harvard's Foreign-Student Program
- On 20 June 2025 Judge Allison D. Burroughs granted Harvard's motion and entered a preliminary injunction against the Department of Homeland Security, ICE, the Student and Exchange Visitor Program, the Justice Department and the State Department[1]
- The order bars any force or effect for the 22 May 2025 revocation of Harvard's SEVP certification and Exchange Visitor Program designation, including terminating Harvard's SEVIS access or denying visas or entry on that basis[1]
