BrightNight's spokesperson said on 6 Aug 2026 construction is now expected to begin in the third quarter of 2027 with completion anticipated in 2029 (Cowboy State Daily[5][6]); the Glenrock Independent reported a requested move to the fourth quarter of 2027, so July 2027 is the planned start, not an actual groundbreaking. The June 2029 month is Cleanview's[3]; BrightNight gave only 2029.
