Year-only date, so 1 Jan 2028 is used.Sunraycer's Albatross project in McLennan County, Texas (ERCOT) is shown on the developer's site as a late-stage 208 MWac battery project with a 2028 target; EIA-860M still lists a 101 MW solar plus 50 MW battery plant for December 2027. No cost has been published.
