TeraWulf bought the roughly 210 MW Morgantown Generating Station in Charles County, Maryland (250 buildable acres) to build up to 1,000 MW of power and data center load, starting with about 500 MW; FERC cleared the purchase on 29 July 2026 but data center construction needs separate approvals, and no cost has been published.

TeraWulf’s Justified campus in Hawesville has PSC-approved electric service up to 482 MW and a 20-year Anthropic lease for approximately 401 MW of critical IT capacity. Initial service is expected in H2 2027, ramping to full IT capacity in early 2028.

TeraWulf bought about 285-300 acres at EastPark Industrial Park in eastern Kentucky in May 2026 and on 5 October 2026 doubled its Kentucky Power contract to 1,000 MW (500 MW from 2H 2028, 500 MW moved up to 2029, pending state approval), with up to 2,000 MW under study; no cost or tenant has been published.

Muskie is TeraWulf’s EastPark campus near Grayson, not a verified 250 MW Catlettsburg facility. Kentucky Power’s October fact sheet describes an amended 1 GW agreement awaiting PSC approval, ramping from 100 MW in October 2028 to full service in October 2029.

Muskie is an approximately 285-acre EastPark data campus planned for a phased buildout exceeding 1 GW. The developer targets construction in 2027 and initial operations in late 2028; the October power agreement requires regulatory approval.
