Brand pages (CNPP/Maigoo) say the shop was founded 1937 (founder 张文汉) near Daguanyuan and in 1939 moved to the corner of Puli Street and Ranjia Lane (the current site), renting two shopfronts and reopening. So 1939 is the opening at this address; 1937 is the brand date. Based on brand-ranking sites, not official records. Estimated: 1939 is a best estimate and 1939-12-31 is used only as a period-end sorting date, not a confirmed opening day.[1]An established Puli Street bun shop with soup-filled pork buns and Shandong dishes.
