Turner broke ground on 5 September 2024 on the $2.6 billion modernization of SFO's Terminal 3: a 200,000-square-foot expansion, 650,000 square feet of renovation and a new six-story building holding airline lounges and operational offices. The eastern addition follows in 2029.
