Pin date (31 Jan 2025) is a month-end boundary for the January 2025 delivery stated by the BHA; groundbreaking was June 16, 2023. A separate project FAQ reportedly says Building M was completed late 2025 (not opened by me), so the delivery month conflicts across sources; the housing authority's January 2025 is used.[1]Stellata provides 102 affordable apartments as the first completed building of the Bunker Hill redevelopment in Charlestown.
