Blank-check company Flame Acquisition merged with Sable Offshore and, the same day, bought ExxonMobil's three Santa Ynez Unit platforms, the Las Flores Canyon plant and the pipeline behind the 2015 Refugio spill, financed by a $625 million Exxon term loan.
