PLDT shareholders approved the 2024 audited financial statements and elected 13 directors, including three independents, at the annual meeting at the Grand Hyatt Manila in Bonifacio Global City.

PLDT shareholders elected 13 directors at the Grand Hyatt Manila, where Manny Pangilinan said the VITRO REIT IPO could raise $300-400 million from eight data centres.

PLDT's ePLDT plans to sell up to 49% of VITRO REIT, eight data centres with about 24 MW, for up to ₱24.2 billion at up to ₱11 a share; the 12 October listing has been pushed back while cornerstone investors are lined up.

PLDT's 2027 annual meeting falls on the second Tuesday of June under its by-laws, where shareholders will elect the board and approve the 2026 financial statements.
