Prologis' planned data center campus in Shelbyville, Indiana, up to 11 buildings (13 per Bisnow) on 429 annexed acres, got annexation, zoning and an economic development agreement from the city council on 6 April 2026 with up to 2B USD of investment; the 900 MW figure is Cleanview's estimate because no power figure has been published.

Duke Energy is building a 17.3 MW / 69 MWh lithium-ion battery beside a 9.5 MW solar plant at the Asheville Energy Complex in Arden, Buncombe County, North Carolina, expected in service in 2026; no project cost is published.

PowerHouse’s current Charlotte page lists 122 acres, 1.5M developable sqft, up to four two-story buildings and 380 MW maximum utility power. Its Q2 2027 delivery target replaces October 2027; utility power is distinct from the unsupported 300 MW critical IT claim.
