Heidi O'Neill, who spent 27 years at Nike and last ran its consumer, product and brand, will become Lululemon's CEO on 8 September 2026 on a US$1.4 million base salary.

Former Nike executive Heidi O'Neill starts as Lululemon's CEO and joins its board, ending seven months of interim co-CEOs; the board also amends the bylaws the same day.

Lululemon is expected to report its third quarter on Thursday 10 December 2026, having guided to a 10-11% revenue decline to $2.29-$2.32 billion and EPS of $0.93-$0.98, its first results under CEO Heidi O'Neill.
