Oracle closed fiscal 2025 with $15.9 billion of fourth-quarter revenue, up 11%, and $138 billion of contracted backlog, and Safra Catz forecast cloud infrastructure growth of over 70% for fiscal 2026.

An 8-K said Oracle had signed several large cloud services agreements, one expected to bring in more than $30 billion of revenue a year from fiscal 2028 - the contract OpenAI later confirmed as its 4.5 GW Stargate lease.

At its financial analyst meeting during Oracle AI World in Las Vegas, Oracle set fiscal 2030 targets of $225 billion of revenue and $21 of adjusted EPS, with cloud infrastructure revenue reaching $166 billion.

Oracle said it would raise $45 billion to $50 billion in 2026, half from a single bond sale and half from mandatory convertible preferred stock and a $20 billion at-the-market share programme, to build capacity for its AI customers.

Oracle grew revenue 22% to $17.2 billion, its first quarter in over 15 years with organic revenue and adjusted EPS both up 20% or more, raised its fiscal 2027 revenue forecast to $90 billion, and the stock jumped 9% the next day.

Under a master services agreement Oracle intends to procure up to 2.8 GW of Bloom's fuel cell systems to power its US AI data centers, with 1.2 GW already contracted and being deployed.

Oracle closed a record fiscal 2026 with $67.4 billion of revenue and a $638 billion backlog, but burned $23.7 billion of free cash and said it would raise about $40 billion more, sending the shares down 10% after hours.

Oracle grew revenue 30% to $19.3 billion as cloud infrastructure revenue more than doubled, lifted its backlog to $664 billion with $30 billion of new AI contracts, and said it had sold all $20 billion of its at-the-market stock.

Oracle reports its second quarter of fiscal 2027, for which it guided revenue growth of 30% to 34% and cloud growth of 65% to 71%, the first test of its new at-least-$90 billion full-year outlook.
