CONFIRMED88% CONFIDENCEThe State Council Information Office reports MOFCOM's final ruling of Friday 4 July 2025 imposing anti-dumping measures 'for a period of five years, effective Saturday', i.e. 5 July 2025 to 4 July 2030.[1]
China set final anti-dumping duties of 27.7% to 34.9% on EU brandy for five years from 5 July 2025, but exempted cognac houses such as Hennessy, Martell and Rémy Martin that signed minimum-price undertakings.
