This takes the middle of that window, about seven months after the wrap: 11 January 2027. Hu Ge's CCTV-1 drama Bright Future aired only four and a half months after wrapping, so an earlier slot is possible. Re-date once Mango TV, Hunan TV or CCTV announces the date.[1]
人间有味 (Ren Jian You Wei, "A Taste of Life") is a 40-episode period drama about Beijing's century-old Wan Tang Ju restaurant, starring Hu Ge as the chef Fan Dacheng and Li Qin, directed by Huang Lei and adapted from Chang Xiaohu's novel 收山. It wrapped in June 2026 and is headed for Hunan TV and Mango TV, with a CCTV run also reported. No date has been announced, so the premiere shown here is an estimate.
