BrightNight's Red Butte campus in western Iron County, Utah would host up to 1,500 MW of data center load, built in phases from 300 MW, with 1,500 MW of on-site gas, 300 MW of solar and battery storage; no cost has been published and the county application is on hold under a 180-day pause.

BrightNight and joint venture partner Cordelio Power secured approximately $400 million in project financing for the 200 MW / 800 MWh Greenwater Energy Storage Project in Pierce County near Sumner, Washington. Delivering four hours of continuous firm capacity directly into Puget Sound Energy White River Substation, the utility-scale lithium-ion battery system strengthens Pacific Northwest grid reliability under Washington Clean Energy Transformation Act.

BrightNight and Cordelio Power broke ground on 11 February 2026 on the 300 MWac Pioneer solar project with a 300 MW/1,200 MWh battery in Yuma County, Arizona, serving Arizona Public Service; financing closed in November 2025 and no cost has been published.

BrightNight, in joint venture partnership with Cordelio Power, is constructing the flagship Pioneer Clean Energy Center in Yuma County, Arizona. Combining 300 MWac of single-axis tracking solar with a massive 300 MW / 1,200 MWh Fluence Gridstack Pro battery storage system, the hybrid center supplies clean, dispatchable capacity to Arizona Public Service under a long-term tolling agreement to power over 75,000 homes.

BrightNight, in partnership with Edelson Renewable Energy and The Nature Conservancy, is developing the $1 billion Starfire Renewable Energy Center on 3,000 acres of the reclaimed former Starfire surface coal mine in Perry County, Kentucky. Sited across Perry, Knott, and Breathitt counties near Hazard, the 410 MW Phase 1 solar generation facility is backed by a 100 MW corporate power purchase agreement with electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian, transforming legacy Appalachian coal terrain into one of the largest renewable energy developments in the United States.

BrightNight, under a Build Transfer Agreement with Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company (LG&E and KU), is constructing the 120 MWac Frontier Solar Project across Washington and Marion counties north of Lebanon, Kentucky. Formally certificated by the Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting under Case No. 2023-00360 (FRON BN, LLC) and backed by bank group financing led by ING Capital, Natixis, and HSBC, the facility transfers to utility ownership upon completion to serve central Kentucky ratepayers.

BrightNight LLC has finalized site leasing and PJM interconnection agreements for the 450M USD, 410 MWac Starfire Mountain Solar Project on reclaimed coal surface mine lands in Perry County, Kentucky.

BrightNight, operating through its subsidiary GGSO, LLC under a utility partnership with Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company (LG&E and KU), is constructing the 240 MWac Gage Solar Project across rural tracts in Ballard County, Kentucky. Formally certificated by the Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting under Case No. 2023-00369, the utility-scale solar generation facility will supply low-cost, zero-carbon energy directly into the central Kentucky rate base.

BrightNight is developing the 200 MW solar and 200 MW / 800 MWh four-hour battery energy storage Mayfield Solar and Storage Project across approximately 1,800 acres in Graves County, Kentucky. Permitted through the Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting and interconnecting into the regional Midcontinent ISO (MISO) grid, the hybrid clean energy plant supplies on-demand dispatchable power to replace retiring baseload coal generation across western Kentucky.

The Dutchman Solar Project is a 499 MWac utility-scale photovoltaic generation facility situated across arid rangeland near Douglas in Converse County, Wyoming. Developed by BrightNight in joint venture with Cordelio Power, the project feeds zero-carbon renewable energy into PacifiCorp's Rocky Mountain Power system under the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) framework, repurposing legacy energy infrastructure land in the Powder River Basin.

BrightNight is developing the 300 MWac Red Butte Solar Project paired with a 300 MW / 1.2 GWh battery energy storage system across several thousand acres near Cedar City in Iron County, Utah. Sited along major PacifiCorp high-voltage transmission lines, the hybrid renewable installation is engineered to provide around-the-clock firm dispatchable power to support regional digital infrastructure and AI compute facilities across the Intermountain West.

BrightNight is proposing the Agate Storage Project, a 150 MW / 600 MWh lithium-ion battery (about 170 MW in the county SEPA filing) next to Puget Sound Energy's Foss Corner Substation near Poulsbo, Washington; no cost or schedule is published and Kitsap County's battery moratorium runs to 7 December 2026.

BrightNight is partnering with Warm Springs Power and Water Enterprises to develop the 247 MWac solar and 247 MW battery energy storage Salmonfly Project on roughly 2,000 acres of the Warm Springs Reservation in Jefferson County, Oregon. Interconnecting to the regional grid via tribal transmission infrastructure near the Round Butte hydro substation, the facility provides dispatchable clean power across Central Oregon.

BrightNight's proposed US$500 million, 499 MW Dutchman solar-plus-battery farm on about 4,700 acres near Glenrock, Wyoming, holds state siting approval but has slipped from a July 2026 start to construction in late 2027 and completion around 2029 because it has no buyer or interconnection plan.

BrightNight is developing the Pepper Hammock Solar and Storage Project across up to 3,100 acres in Wayne and Brantley counties, Georgia, spanning 400 MW in initial phase filings up to 1,200 MW in Cleanview (and EIA Plant 68367); total cost is not published while regional economic input during construction is projected at .3 million.
