The Widebody Aircraft^[1] Chronology lists "May 4, 1993: First flight of the Boeing 747-400F (Freighter)" and Wikipedia^[2] states "The model's first flight was on May 4, 1993"; boeing-747.com^[4] says May 1993. No source opened names the airfield.

Boeing's all-cargo 747-400F, a short-upper-deck freighter with the -400's wing and systems, made its first flight on 4 May 1993, six months before entering service with launch customer Cargolux.

Boeing^[4]: "The Boeing Company today officially launched the new Boeing 747-8 program, which includes the 747-8 Intercontinental passenger airplane and the 747-8 Freighter airplane" (release dated Nov 14, 2005).

Boeing launched the 747-8 program on 14 November 2005, with Cargolux ordering 10 freighters and Nippon Cargo Airlines eight, orders valued at about US$5 billion at list prices. The stretched 747 would use GEnx engines and Dreamliner technology.

Boeing's^[5] release: the airplane "took off at 12:39 p.m. local time from Paine Field in Everett and landed at Paine Field at 4:18 p.m." (Pacific time, UTC-8); AP: it came "a year later than originally planned".

Boeing's 747-8 Freighter, the largest airplane the company had built, flew for the first time from Paine Field on 8 February 2010, a year later than planned. The 3 hour 39 minute flight began a test program of more than 1,600 flight hours.
