Applied Digital reported 250 MW of operational critical IT capacity at Polaris Forge 1 in Ellendale on October 2, 2026. The full contracted deployment is 400 MW; the first 50 MW phase reached service on October 27, 2025.

Related Digital lists a 115-acre Cheyenne campus with up to 420 MW capacity and an initial 88 MW critical-IT building for CoreWeave. The published $1.2 billion investment applies to the first phase, not the entire campus.

Chirisa Technology Parks and PowerHouse Data Centers are building two 100 MW data center buildings (200 MW; PowerHouse cites 300 MW+ of utility power for the site) at 1600 Digital Drive in Chesterfield County, Virginia, to be leased to CoreWeave; the first is due late 2027. No project cost has been published.
