Morocco's wind-powered Dakhla seawater desalination plant (112,000 m3/day, 60 MW wind farm) was due to open at the end of 2025, then mid-2026; on 21 May 2026 its reverse osmosis units were installed and membranes still being fitted, and no start of operations had been reported by 19 October 2026.

ENGIE is building the 200 MW Anson 2 solar plant in Jones County, northwest of Abilene, Texas, with Meta buying its energy and attributes; originally due late 2025, now listed for 2026, cost not published.

ENGIE North America is constructing the 60 MW utility-scale Horseshoe Bend Solar Project across approximately 550 acres of agricultural land near Greensburg in Green County, Kentucky. Certificated by the Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting under Case No. 2020-00190 and interconnecting into an East Kentucky Power Cooperative (EKPC) transmission line within the PJM market, the single-axis array delivers clean power to central Kentucky.

ENGIE North America, in collaboration with original co-developer Carolina Solar Energy, is constructing the 55 MWac Flat Run Solar Project near Saloma in Taylor County, Kentucky. Formally certificated by the Kentucky State Board on Electric Generation and Transmission Siting under Case No. 2020-00272 (Flat Run Solar LLC) and tracked under PJM Interconnection queue position AF1-083, the single-axis tracking solar array delivers clean, price-stable wholesale power directly into the PJM transmission grid.

ENGIE North America is developing the 600 MW Swenson Ranch Solar project in Stonewall County, Texas, a 900 million USD investment whose full output Meta will buy under a power purchase agreement; operation is planned for 2027.

The Salt City Battery Energy Storage Project is a 13 MW / 52 MWh 4-hour battery storage facility sited near Chillicothe in Ross County, Ohio. Developed by Engie North America and interconnecting into AEP Ohio's regional transmission network within PJM Interconnection, the project supports grid reliability, reduces transmission bottlenecks, and stores excess regional solar and wind generation for discharge during local industrial and residential peak consumption periods.

The Flat Run Solar Project is a 55 MWac utility-scale photovoltaic energy generation facility situated across agricultural acreage near Glasgow in Barren County, Kentucky. Developed by Engie North America and interconnecting into the regional transmission network, the project delivers clean solar power to Kentucky utilities and corporate off-takers while generating long-term tax revenues for Barren County schools and emergency services.

Engie North America development of the Elk Clean Solar Center in Elk County, Kansas. Delivering 400 MWac of renewable power capacity, the project connects into high-voltage regional SPP lines in southeastern Kansas to supply utility off-takers with cost-effective zero-emissions solar electricity.

The Elk Solar Project is a 400 MWac utility-scale photovoltaic generation facility spanning across contiguous acreage in Hodgeman and Ford counties in southwest Kansas. Developed by Engie North America, the project is among the largest solar energy developments in the Sunflower State, connecting into the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) transmission grid to supply clean, affordable energy to rural electric cooperatives and municipal utilities.

ENGIE owns the proposed 1,000 MW (Cleanview: 1,010 MW) Bouse solar-plus-storage project on BLM land in La Paz County, Arizona, bought from Revolve Renewable Power in January 2023; no project cost has been published and the queue date is December 2033.

Revolve’s June 2024 announcement identifies Bouse as a 1,000 MW solar and storage development sold to ENGIE in January 2023. The prior $1.5B budget and separate 1,010 MW solar / 1,011 MW battery readings are not established by this source.
