Richmond BizSense^[1], 5 Jan 2026: "One building is expected to be operational in late 2027, and the other would begin operating in mid-2028" (Chirisa). PowerHouse's project page lists delivery and power in Q3 2027; the 2024 release had said the first facility by 2026, so the schedule has moved.

Chirisa Technology Parks and PowerHouse Data Centers are building two 100 MW data center buildings (200 MW; PowerHouse cites 300 MW+ of utility power for the site) at 1600 Digital Drive in Chesterfield County, Virginia, to be leased to CoreWeave; the first is due late 2027. No project cost has been published.

The pin is dated to Baxtel's^[2] 4 April 2026 report, citing the Financial Times, that Poolside's partnership with CoreWeave had fallen apart and Poolside was seeking new partners; the original schedule had phase 1 finishing in Q1 2027.
Poolside's Project Horizon is a planned 2,000 MW AI campus on the 568-acre Longfellow Ranch in the Permian Basin; phases 3-8 are the 1,500 MW beyond the first 500 MW CoreWeave had anchored, and the campus stalled in April 2026 when the CoreWeave deal fell apart; no project cost has been published.
