PowerHouse Data Centers lists a Hobart, Indiana campus of about 170 acres with up to six two-story buildings, 1.89 million sq ft and 450 MW of utility power for delivery in Q2 2027; Hobart's council approved the matching 168-acre rezoning on 61st Avenue in March 2025; cost not published.

Cleanview^[3] lists December 2027 (its tracker figure covers only a 125 MW phase); RWE's^[2] page, no longer online, said construction would start in 2025 and an RWE-era article said operation in 2026 or 2027; no current schedule was found.

RWE Clean Energy's Bluestem Solar Farm in northeast LaPorte County, Indiana, won a 3-2 zoning approval in June 2024 for an estimated US$500 million project of 400 MW of solar and 100 MW of battery storage; Cleanview lists 305 MW with a December 2027 online date.

RWE Clean Energy Development affiliate Elliot Battery Storage plans a roughly 200 MW, 200M USD battery next to the Elliott Station substation in Scott Township, Vanderburgh County, Indiana; commissioners approved the economic development, decommissioning and road-use agreements on 29 September 2026 and the plant must be running by November 2031.

No in-service date is published (Cleanview^[3] lists TBD). The pin is dated to the Lake County Council rezoning vote, which The Times (Dan Carden, 9 Jun 2026) reports: "The council... voted 6-0 to approve the rezoning required for a proposed $5 billion data center project in Eagle Creek Township."
Sentinel Data Centers proposes a data center (504 MW per Cleanview; no MW has been published by Sentinel or the county) on about 160 acres south of State Road 2 in Eagle Creek Township, Lake County, Indiana; the County Council voted 6-0 on 9 June 2026 to rezone the land from agricultural to light industrial, and The Times reports a proposed 5 billion USD project.

Fox59^[1], published 6 April 2026 (evening): "The Shelbyville City Council advanced a data center plan during a scheduled meeting Monday night"; WRTV^[4]: the council voted 4-2 with one abstention on annexation and zoning for 429 acres. No in-service date is published, so the pin is dated to the approval.

Arevon (17 May 2024): 'expected to be operational in early 2025' in the subtitle and mid-2025 in the body. Cleanview^[2] and Global Energy Monitor list commercial operation as May 2025; no Arevon or CenterPoint notice of completion was found, so the date is an estimate.
Arevon built the Posey Solar project in Posey County, Indiana, for CenterPoint Energy: 228 MWdc per Arevon and 300 MW per the MISO queue (J1308); trackers list it as operating since May 2025, and no total cost has been published (financing of 352M USD was announced).

No schedule is published. The date is 1 April 2025, when Takanock filed Kenneth Davies' direct testimony in IURC Cause No. 46183 describing the project; it is not a construction date.^[1]
Takanock's Project Beckham is a planned data center of about 1,500 MW near Goshen in Elkhart County, Indiana; Takanock told the Indiana regulator in April 2025 that NIPSCO wanted it to pay for more than 15 miles of new 345 kV lines, and trackers now describe the project as stalled. No cost has been published.
