Invenergy's^[1] Verizon announcement (19 Feb 2025) lists 'Chalk Bluff (AR) - 100 MW - Expected Commercial Operations 2027', and Arkansas Business^[2], citing an Invenergy presentation, says the 450 MW array is expected to be completed by June 2027; EIA-860M also lists 1 June 2027.

Invenergy's Chalk Bluff Solar in St. Francis County, Arkansas is listed at 350 MW in Meta's 2024 contracts and 450 MW in a county presentation, with 100 MW sold to Verizon, and is targeted for June 2027; no cost has been published.
