Amazon's[2] own Spanish press release for the same announcement: names the CCN and ONS (both under Spain's CNI) as the approving bodies, the Spain Region's parallel Difusión Limitada clearance, ENS High and the 28 CPSTIC-approved services behind it.
Independent defense-press report (Patrick Tucker) confirming the Tuesday announcement, explaining that NATO RESTRICTED is unclassified but safeguarded, and that AWS beat rivals such as Microsoft to the alliance's first blanket approval.[1]
