Current operator site says initial grid capacity energized Q4 2027; October 1 is a quarter placeholder. January release gave June/Q2 2027.[1]
AVAIO’s current Leo page locates the 296-acre campus on 145th Street and describes 1,070 MW total baseload power: 570 MW grid plus 500 MW behind the meter. It now targets initial grid energization in Q4 2027, differing from its January release’s June/Q2 2027 target.

December 1 is month-only precision for the NYISO[1] proposed December 2028 COD. This conflicts with the broader site’s 2029 schedule and is not confirmed operation.
NYISO lists Terra-Gen’s Alcazar 2 as a 150 MW, 600 MWh, four-hour request at Central Hudson’s Hurley 345 kV substation in Ulster County. The workbook includes C24-094 and C26-0006 entries; these are not additive projects.
Operator targets initial power in 2027, with 50 MW first phase on homepage. January 1 is year-only estimated precision; energization is not full-campus completion.[1]
AVAIO’s current Appomattox page describes a 436-acre campus, with 300 MW grid power and 700 MW behind-the-meter baseload planned. Its homepage lists 50 MW first-phase power in 2027; the historical $3B announcement covered a 452-acre acquisition plan.
Unverified legacy June 2027 COD. Environmental supplemental work extended to March 2027; relative power scaling does not anchor commissioning.[1]
Archer lists an 84-acre Faribault campus with 120 MW potential power scaling over about 36 months and a 500,000-square-foot data-hall concept. Faribault records a June 2026 appeals ruling and an extension through March 2027 for supplemental environmental work.
