Brett Graham's Notting Hill restaurant came back in February 2022 after a closure long enough to cost it its Michelin stars - not by losing them on the plate, but because a shut restaurant cannot be assessed, and the trading restrictions of the pandemic made reopening impractical for its kind of room. It had held two stars from 2010 until 2021, and it regained them after the return.

Olympia Opens to the Public After Its Kensington Rebuild

The Grade II-listed west London exhibition halls reopened as a mixed-use district with rooftop restaurants, offices, two hotels and the 3,800-capacity British Airways ARC music venue, which launched the following night. The GBP 1.3 billion transformation, designed by Heatherwick Studio and SPPARC, opens the 14-acre site to the public for the first time in 140 years; the 1,575-seat British Airways Theatre follows in 2027.
