Volkswagen Approves About 50,000 More Job Cuts in Its Future Plan 2030

Today, the Supervisory Board of the Volkswagen Group unanimously approved the Executive Board's Future Plan 2030", which includes "a Group-wide workforce adjustment of approximately 50,000 positions".
Volkswagen's supervisory board approved a group-wide cut of about 50,000 more positions, including management roles, on top of earlier programmes that bring planned job reductions to around 100,000 by 2030.
