No source names a day. The newest and most specific statement of timing is the station's report of 16 September 2026: "Opening is planned for this winter", so the pin takes the last day of meteorological winter 2026-27, 28 February 2027. Stix Asia's[2] own page says "Opening 2026" and UnCommons[3]' says "STIX ASIA COMING 2026", but neither narrows the season and both are stale - the UnCommons page was last modified on 4 April 2025 - so the year on them is not allowed to pull the date back into December. It is marked delayed rather than estimated because the target has already moved: the Review-Journal[5] reported on 28 April 2026 that "a fall 2026 opening is planned" and the Las Vegas Weekly[4] still had it "set for a fall opening" on 9 July.
