Architecture trade press Archinect covers the rotating tower project as still an unbuilt, recurring proposal years after its original 2020 target, independently corroborating that it was never realized as planned.
Wikipedia confirms the Dynamic Tower (the 'rotating skyscraper' the pin describes) is a cancelled project: 13+ years after its 2008 proposal, construction never started and no site was ever confirmed, so it did not open by 2020 as the pin's source predicted. No real completion date exists to substitute.
