Balnibarbi April 23 issuer disclosure explicitly names pizza, pizza fritta, soft serve and picnic sets. Current branch page also names selected wines. Exact pizza toppings, picnic contents and prices remain unpublished in checked disclosure, branch gallery and launch website. Tennoji/Koishikawa sister menus are not borrowed. The site advertises an opening benefit but publishes no readable benefit terms; the linked Toreta page returns a JavaScript shell, so no discount is invented. Gallery food images are unlabelled illustrations and do not establish individual menu dishes.

A planned resort-style Italian restaurant with semi-private seating, parking, and published children’s pasta-set pricing.
The October 14 Suminoe announcement explicitly publishes these children’s dishes, prices and four pasta choices. Current regional kids image corroborates those exact prices and identifies the four sauce choices below; limit one pasta set, udon set or standalone ice cream per child across these categories. This age-specific regular menu is not indexed as a timed opening promotion. No adult order minimum, invented expiry or stacking conditions added. Planned visit details: semi-private seating, all non-smoking, parking, credit cards accepted; electronic money and QR payment not accepted according to exact launch announcement. Phone explicitly “in preparation”; no guessed number or neighboring branch phone. Three Suminoe exterior/interior images are architectural illustrations, not completed-property photographs. Oiso interior shown later in operator article is labelled as another branch and excluded.
