Stix Asia Breaks Ground at UnCommons
- Construction began the week of Monday 27 April 2026 on Stix Asia's 18,000-square-foot food hall "in the former Sundry food hall at UnCommons in southwest Las Vegas"[1]

The Review-Journal's report of 28 April 2026 says the food hall "began construction this week", and its photographs by Liv Paggiarino are captioned "Monday, April 27, 2026, at the UnCommons[3] in Las Vegas" - the Monday of that week, which fixes the day.
