The Exchange TRX, Lendlease's retail and lifestyle quarter at the heart of the Tun Razak Exchange financial district, opened to the public in Kuala Lumpur.

The Exchange TRX opened to the public in Kuala Lumpur on 29 November 2023, as part of the 17-acre TRX lifestyle quarter in Malaysia's first international financial district^[2][3]
The mall has more than 400 stores across 1.3 million sq ft and is Malaysia's first retail asset with LEED Gold certification^[2][3]
The 10-acre rooftop TRX City Park is free and open year-round, with over 150,000 plantings^[2][3]
It is developed by Lendlease (60%) with TRX City Sdn Bhd; construction began in 2017 and was delayed from a Q3 2021 target by COVID-19^[3]
